A children's products manufacturer. It is my wife's company, and her mother is the lead designer. I run operations: we took the plant from an empty floor to production in four months.

SET-UP
Registrations and floor
Secured every central and state registration across Labour, MSME and Finance, working the three in parallel. Sourced and specified all machinery and laid out the production floor.
PEOPLE
Hiring in a rural district
Recruiters, portals and polytechnics could not place staff willing to relocate. A training-to-employment partnership with regional women's NGOs stood up the sewing department in weeks, at zero recruiter cost.
SYSTEMS
Quality, SOPs and training
Wrote ISO-conformant quality gates, shop-floor SOPs and the KPI structure, and trained the team myself in a local language that is not my mother tongue.
SOFTWARE
The automation layer
n8n automations for invoicing, customer notifications and dispatch. I also own the P&L, annual operations plan, inventory, and the D2C and paid-social channel.

Named inventor on a provisional patent

A cooling geometry for axial fans, developed during my joint master's research at the Technical University of Munich and Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and validated through computational fluid dynamics.

The design is placed with a manufacturing partner for co-development under NDA. Mentor: Dr. V. Bhanuprakash Reddy, a pioneer of barcodes in India.
